What you will do

• Own the creative vision and maintain exceptionally high standards across all content.
• Lead concepts for brand campaigns, product storytelling, global launches, and product explainers.
• Oversee design, motion, copy, and video to create cohesive cross-channel creative.
• Build and maintain a unified brand system across marketing and product surfaces.
• Direct the upcoming rebrand and website rebuild.
• Mentor designers, collaborate with product and marketing teams, and manage freelance creative partners.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in creative direction, brand design, or visual storytelling.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, sophisticated visual taste, and excellent craft.
• Experience building or evolving a brand system at a high-growth company or top-tier agency.
• Ability to direct designers, motion artists, copywriters, and video producers toward a unified vision.
• Strong narrative instincts and the ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Comfort working closely with product teams on in-product design and motion.
