Head of Creative Production (AI)

Location: Hybrid role requiring attendance at least 3 days a week at GSIQ in Solihull, United Kingdom

What you will do

• Define and deliver the Production strategy, operating model and capability roadmap for the Creative Studio.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary organisation spanning Creative and Studio Production, Video and Edit, Photography and Retouch, and Styling.
• Enable high-quality content delivery across e-commerce, campaigns and current and future channels.
• Improve planning, production standards, consistency, efficiency and operational excellence across disciplines.
• Build future-ready capabilities through people, partners, technology and AI, while evolving the agency and supplier ecosystem.
• Own production investment, budgets and resource strategy, influencing priorities and cross-functional ways of working.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading large-scale production organisations in retail, fashion, sport or agency environments.
• Proven experience building, leading and developing high-performing leadership teams.
• Strong strategic production expertise, including operating model and capability development for growth and scale.
• Ability to combine creative ambition with operational excellence and consistently high-quality delivery.
• Strong commercial judgement and experience managing investment, budgets and resources.
• Experience working with agencies, suppliers and external production partners, with an interest in new technologies, AI and emerging content creation approaches.
