VP of Marketing (AI)

Location: New York City; on-site, with in-person attendance required 4–5 days per week

Salary: $275,000–$350,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to acquire new business and grow existing accounts.
• Establish reporting systems and track MQLs, pipeline, conversion rates, market penetration, product mix, budget allocation, and ROI.
• Lead integrated campaigns across email, social media, conferences, and digital channels.
• Partner with sales to create prospecting and deal-closing collateral and tools.
• Work with PR agencies, think tanks, sales operations, and engineering to strengthen thought leadership and optimize the marketing technology stack.
• Recruit, attract, and manage a world-class marketing team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of B2B software experience in a senior leadership position.
• Proven success in demand generation, content, and event marketing.
• Experience building GTM marketing functions from the ground up and driving significant growth, ideally in a hyper-growth startup scaling to $500M+ ARR.
• Experience with enterprise or vertical SaaS markets, such as real estate, healthcare, or construction.
• Expertise in marketing automation, attribution, analytics frameworks, and complex multi-stakeholder programs with long sales cycles.
• Willingness to work in person 4–5 days per week in New York City.
