What you will do

• Provide independent therapy through telehealth and in-person sessions.
• Manage a flexible clinical practice and maintain your own working hours.
• Onboard existing clients and accept new referrals through the platform.
• Use AI-powered tools for clinical notes, session takeaways, preparation, goal setting, treatment planning, and client reflections.
• Deliver relationship-driven, ethically grounded, client-centered care.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Active full licensure by the applicable State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision.
• Eligible license types include LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, and LP.
• For in-person sessions, therapists must secure their own practice location; hirify.global does not provide office space.
