School-Based Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMSW, LSW, LPC-R, SISW) | Child & Adolescent | 1099 Contractor

Location: Remote within the United States; fully remote opportunities are available, with optional hybrid and in-person opportunities in select markets. Required availability is Monday–Friday after 3:00 PM ET and weekends between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM ET.

Salary: $70–$100 USD per hour, depending on licensure, experience, and market.

What you will do

• Provide individual evidence-based telehealth therapy sessions for children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2–26.
• Tailor therapeutic approaches to each patient’s needs and developmental stage.
• Partner with families and caregivers to improve treatment engagement and long-term outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, intake providers, and administrative teams.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and maintain ongoing communication with patients and families.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted license in at least one U.S. state as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, LSW, or LMSW.
• At least one year of experience working with children and adolescents.
• Availability for a minimum of 8 hours per week during the required evening and weekend service hours.
• Reliable phone, computer, and high-speed internet connection.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, EMR systems, Google Workspace, and virtual communication tools.

Nice to have

• At least one year of telehealth or virtual care experience.
