Forward Deployed AI Engineer (IFS Loops)

Salary: $150,000–$170,000 annually plus bonus

What you will do

• Scope and implement AI Agent use cases across complex enterprise workflows.
• Integrate the hirify.global Loops platform with customer systems through APIs and middleware.
• Configure and tune agent behavior to improve costs, efficiency, accuracy, and error rates.
• Prototype, test, troubleshoot, and launch production-ready AI deployments.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to incorporate customer insights into the roadmap.
• Document technical decisions and hand off stable deployments to engineering or support teams.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or ML deployment.
• Proficiency in Python and working knowledge of AI/ML frameworks such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
• Experience building LLM applications, RAG systems, or conversational AI workflows.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, or Oracle through APIs or middleware.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions and deliver quickly.
• Strong customer communication, ownership, and continuous-learning skills.

Nice to have

• Background in SaaS, customer experience, support operations, or manufacturing systems.
• Experience deploying AI in mission-critical environments.
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms or multi-agent orchestration.
