Focus on designing analytical models, evaluating data science outcomes, identifying capability gaps, and translating insights into recommendations for senior Talent and business stakeholders.

What you will do
- Lead complex people analytics initiatives covering business intelligence, data modeling, visualization, measurement, reporting, and data science.
- Select, acquire, integrate, and maintain high-quality data structures for analytical use.
- Design and refine data visualizations, reports, measures, and reporting formats with target users and stakeholder teams.
- Gather and analyze workforce capability data, conducting gap analyses against future business needs.
- Present insights to Talent and business stakeholders and recommend improvements to talent processes and workforce management strategies.
Requirements
- Proficiency with advanced data tools and platforms such as Power BI or Tableau, including reporting automation.
- Experience monitoring and reporting Talent metrics and KPIs, with recommendations to improve talent outcomes.
- Strong research, analytical, statistical, user research, planning, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in People Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, HR, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5–7 years of experience in people analytics, HR data analysis, or a related analytical role.
Nice to have
- Experience with HRIS or workforce planning systems.
- Exposure to data science techniques and model evaluation.
- Experience presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
