TL;DR
Global ePayments Analyst (Global Payments): Managing and optimizing international payment systems, chargeback investigations, fraud monitoring, and payment processing exceptions with an accent on cross-border transactions, ERP and eCommerce platforms, and PCI compliance. Focus on expanding payment options, researching complex transaction inquiries, and coordinating with financial institutions and global stakeholders.
Location: Mexicali, Mexico — in-office. Shifts aligned with US and Americas Eastern Standard Time hours. Minimal travel required.

What you will do
- Expand global ePayment options through strategic projects across international regions.
- Manage and optimize eCheck, ACH, direct debit, Brazilian Boleto, credit card, PayPal, and SEPA payment systems.
- Investigate chargebacks and monitor fraud data across ERP and eCommerce platforms.
- Resolve complex payment-processing exceptions with internal teams and global financial institutions.
- Validate user and system processes to maintain continuous PCI compliance.
- Improve financial operations and customer satisfaction across international markets.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in ePayments, billing platforms, or accounting operations.
- Strong understanding of global ePayment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, SEPA, and direct debit.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle R12, Salesforce, CyberSource, Stripe, or comparable systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including research of complex transaction inquiries.
- Professional bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, written and verbal, is required.
Nice to have
- Certification in credit card chargeback management or fraud handling.
- Experience with Excel, DoMo, Power BI, or SQL for reporting and business intelligence.
