System Maintenance Technician II

Location: Remote, United States; Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CST

Salary: $45,730–$53,500 per year

What you will do

• Analyze business needs and requirements to recommend solutions and address business issues.
• Explain complex processes and requirements in writing and verbally to diverse audiences.
• Collect, interpret, and present VA data to support decision-making.
• Support VA project managers by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Provide training and documentation for Veterans, clinicians, and VA staff.

Requirements

• Associate of Arts degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or an equivalent two-year technical school degree, plus three years of relevant experience.
• Four additional years of relevant experience may substitute for education.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service mindset with patience and empathy.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation.
