Program Manager

Location: Hybrid role in the United States, with locations in Morrisville, North Carolina, or Wichita, Kansas

What you will do

• Lead a cross-functional team responsible for product structure, pricing, and Quote to Cash readiness for new product offerings.
• Coordinate commerce tool setup, business process development, PSRR execution, schedules, risk management, and content governance.
• Represent the Commerce organization in the Product Life Cycle process from concept through end of support.
• Assess and communicate project status, risks, issues, and resolution options to management and executive teams.
• Prioritize product portfolio investments and identify low-performing offers against strategic objectives.
• Lead Executive PRC reviews and maintain governance aligned with SOX compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program management or a related technical role.
• Strong knowledge of Quote to Cash, product lifecycle, and end-to-end support processes.
• Experience managing cross-functional workstreams, schedules, risks, requirements, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert multiple information streams into actionable plans.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Computer Science, a master's degree, PhD, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with PSRR, PRC, product structure and pricing operations, or related commerce processes.
• Experience mentoring others in operational processes and tools.
