Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Virtual role for providers licensed in Massachusetts, United States; availability required Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm during standard school hours.

Compensation: $56–$58/hour for Massachusetts-based service delivery. This is a 1099 opportunity.

What you will do

• Deliver student-centered, IEP-aligned virtual speech therapy sessions.
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations using clinical assessment tools and automated reporting resources.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, monitor, and refine Individualized Education Programs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide case management for Speech Only students.
• Track session data and student progress, provide IEP consultations, and prepare goal-oriented progress reports.
• Deliver state-specific services, including AAC support, Pre-K interventions, speech screenings, and SLPA supervision.

Requirements

• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Active SLP license in Massachusetts required.
• At least 1 year of full-time, school-based experience conducting IEP-directed therapy and evaluations after completing the CFY.
• Expertise in the IEP process, educational eligibility determinations, and comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Proficiency with virtual telehealth platforms and digital documentation, plus availability during standard school hours.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience for case management assignments.
• Experience with Medicaid billing systems.
• Multilingual fluency.
