GHRP Consultant (Workday HCM)

What you will do

• Design, configure, test, and implement Workday HCM solutions based on client business requirements.
• Conduct client workshops, analyze needs, recommend solutions, and advise on Workday best practices.
• Support testing, knowledge transfer, documentation, roadmap execution, and system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot business processes, calculated fields, business logic, file loads, integrations, and configuration issues.
• Manage and prioritize small to medium deliverables and projects across multiple concurrent clients.
• Research root causes, implement corrective measures, and contribute lessons learned and best practices to the knowledge repository.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of progressive experience as an HRIS professional, combining HR knowledge, self-management, and technical proficiency.
• Deep practical knowledge of HRIS principles, solution design, and architectural techniques across multiple business or technology domains.
• Experience with consulting activities such as presentations, workshops, stakeholder guidance, and solution explanation.
• Experience implementing complex business solutions under competing deadlines and priorities, including company-wide change initiatives.
• Ability to lead global projects end to end, influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, and communicate clearly with executives and technical resources.
• Proven Workday expertise, ideally covering Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Time and Absence, Talent, Performance, Recruiting, Learning, PRISM, Reporting, Calculated Fields, and integrations.
