Workday Consultant (Workday HCM)

Location: Wilrijk, Belgium; remote working possibilities with travel to customer sites and global events.

What you will do

• Lead functional areas and drive the scope, design, and delivery of Workday HCM solutions.
• Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions while building relationships with client business teams.
• Participate in all implementation phases, including solution design, analysis, testing, training, and production support.
• Facilitate customer requirements and design workshops, prepare documentation, and translate needs into configuration options.
• Coach junior consultants and support pre-sales activities, estimates, propositions, and service improvements.
• Travel to customer sites and attend global events when required.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Human Capital Management and experience implementing technology-enabled HR solutions for clients.
• Experience with Workday methodology, functional solution design, requirements workshops, design documentation, user acceptance testing, and end-user training.
• Ability to lead and support project teams, manage priorities, work independently, and supervise others.
• Excellent English plus French or Dutch, both written and spoken, including presentation skills.
• Effective project experience and the ability to maintain high-quality delivery and best-practice approaches.

Nice to have

• Experience completing five Workday project life cycles.
• Workday Core HCM certification.
