TL;DR

Workday Consultant (HCM): Lead functional areas, scope, definition, and delivery of enterprise-scale Workday HCM solutions for global customers with an accent on configuration, client requirements translation, and implementation methodology. Focus on facilitating workshops, designing solutions, conducting user acceptance testing, and providing end-user training.

Location: Wilrijk, Belgium (hybrid with remote possibilities; willingness to travel to customer sites required)

Global HR consulting firm assisting customers in HR transformation, HRIS implementation (SaaS/On-Premise), and payroll outsourcing across Europe, America, and Asia-Pacific.

What you will do

  • Implement and configure Workday HCM solutions, building client relationships to understand needs.
  • Coach junior consultants and participate in pre-sales activities.
  • Lead phases of Workday HCM implementations as Functional Lead, Analyst & Solution Designer, Tester, or Trainer.
  • Develop and optimize propositions to grow business.
  • Facilitate customer requirement workshops, prepare documentation, and ensure best practices.

Requirements

  • Excellent English & French or English & Dutch (written, oral, presentation)
  • In-depth knowledge of Human Capital Management and experience implementing HR business solutions.
  • Ability to challenge/design HR solutions, translate requirements into configurations, and advise on evolutions.
  • Functional experience in workshops, design documents, UAT, end-user training.
  • Effective project experience, prioritization, minimal supervision, team leadership.
  • Follow Workday Methodology; participate in sales and estimates.

Nice to have

  • Experience of 5 complete Workday project life cycles.
  • Workday Core HCM certification.
