Sr. Technical Product Manager, Integrations

Location: London, UK; working from the London office 4 days a week

What you will do

• Own the integration product roadmap covering direct APIs, webhook infrastructure, and middleware-based connectivity.
• Define requirements and specifications for integrations with procurement and ERP platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, and SAP Fieldglass.
• Translate customer workflows into API contracts, data mappings, acceptance criteria, and implementable engineering requirements.
• Lead technical discovery with customer IT, procurement, and integration teams and manage integration-related escalations.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, sales engineering, partners, and channel teams to deliver and support integration capabilities.
• Define integration testing strategy, including edge-case coverage for enterprise production environments.

Requirements

• Experience as a product manager or product owner shipping integration-focused features in an enterprise SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of procurement workflows, including requisitions, sourcing, contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Working knowledge of REST API design and consumption, OpenAPI, OAuth 2.0, API keys, SAML/SSO, pagination, error handling, rate limits, and versioning.
• Familiarity with middleware and iPaaS platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato, including architectural trade-offs.
• Experience working with enterprise technical teams, managing scope, documenting limitations, and navigating complex customer organizations.
• Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday and B2B standards including cXML, EDI, or PEPPOL.

Nice to have

• Hands-on production coding experience in any language.
• Experience with webhook architecture, event-driven integrations, or asynchronous messaging systems.
• Background in enterprise procurement technology as a vendor, implementer, or buyer-side practitioner.
• Consulting experience in enterprise technology implementation, systems integration, or procurement transformation.
