Masters Fresh Grad Only Packaging Engineering (Manufacturing Automation)

What you will do

• Develop new manufacturing processes for NPI and transfer them to high-volume manufacturing while maintaining quality.
• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes using Six Sigma, Lean, statistical analysis, and process simulation.
• Design experiments to troubleshoot process issues and validate improvements.
• Develop factory automation applications and integrate manufacturing systems and equipment through web services, APIs, and SECS/GEM protocols.
• Optimize Oracle SQL and Microsoft SQL Server queries for data access and reporting.
• Support model fine-tuning, software testing, debugging, and deployment of automation, machine learning, and AI solutions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or degree in a relevant technical field is required; the role is for fresh graduates.
• Relevant fields include Mechatronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning.
• Knowledge of statistical data analysis, regression, distribution properties, process simulation, and machine learning techniques.
• Programming and data skills in Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience or academic projects involving manufacturing automation, MES integration, or factory data systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, organization, and multitasking skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Industry 4.0 technologies, real-time dashboards, or manufacturing digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience with neural networks or fine-tuning pre-trained models on domain-specific datasets.
