Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: Chicago, Illinois; solutions engineers support various and unanticipated worksites throughout the United States. Telecommuting is permitted.

Salary: $167,336–$195,000 per year plus benefits.

What you will do

• Lead data onboarding and data transfer for enterprise client implementations.
• Develop and document data onboarding requirements, processes, and operational frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Machine Learning teams to deliver scalable data onboarding and data health solutions.
• Design, clean up, and maintain client data and data architecture for ingestion processes.
• Provide data management training and promote data fluency across the organization.
• Improve operational efficiency, manage data, and mitigate delivery risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in solutions engineering or architecture.
• Experience with enterprise B2B SaaS and complex data solutions for enterprise clients.
• Experience with Pandas, Google BigQuery, DBT, and BI tools such as Looker or Looker Studio.
• Knowledge of RDBMS, database schema concepts, ETL pipelines, and AI/ML methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, relationship-building, communication, and business skills.
