Solutions Architect (AI)

Location: Central United States; remote candidates may be considered in other US locations

Salary: $180,000–$247,500 USD annually, with potential bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Define and direct technical strategies for large enterprise accounts alongside Enterprise Account Executives.
• Act as the primary technical voice for multiple clients and guide their evaluation and adoption of Databricks solutions.
• Lead data-driven business transformation initiatives across High Tech and Manufacturing use cases.
• Align account strategies around Databricks products and build networks of technical champions.
• Establish and lead virtual teams to deliver account outcomes.
• Mentor other team members and contribute technical expertise to the broader team.

Requirements

• Experienced pre-sales professional with a successful track record supporting large enterprises.
• Experience working with very large global accounts exceeding $1 million ARR.
• Technical expertise in big data, data science, cloud, and data-driven business transformation.
• Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Ability to build relationships with executives and influencers and present technical points of view to decision-makers.
• Must be located in the United States for this role.
