PA Licensed 1099 Mental Health Therapist

Location: Fully remote within the United States; therapy hours operate from 8am to 3am ET, seven days a week.

Compensation: $82 per completed 60-minute intake session, $61 per completed 45-minute follow-up session, $30 per no-show appointment, and $60 per hour for training and all-hands meetings.

What you will do

• Provide virtual therapy to college students using evidence-based interventions, including MI, CBT, ACT, and DBT.
• Conduct biopsychosocial intakes and develop appropriate treatment plans and diagnostic assessments.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records to support continuity of care.
• Coordinate care with campus treatment providers, supervisors, peers, and administrative support staff.
• Identify and manage escalating risk scenarios in collaboration with leadership.
• Use the collaboration portal to provide ongoing student support and refine therapeutic skills.

Requirements

• Active independent clinical licensure in Pennsylvania as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC.
• Ability to provide virtual therapy with a laptop or desktop computer, quality video camera, and stable internet connection.
• Ability to conduct thorough biopsychosocial intakes, make clear diagnostic assessments, and create treatment plans.
• Ability to treat a diverse student population with respect and cultural sensitivity.
• Availability for at least 8 hours per week during the academic year, with flexibility to adjust hours based on student volumes.

Nice to have
