Child and Adolescent Therapist (PA License - LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

Location: Fully remote, with optional hybrid onsite work; Pennsylvania licensure required

What you will do

• Lead individual telehealth therapy sessions for children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2–26.
• Use evidence-based psychotherapy practices tailored to developmental stages and individual needs.
• Build trusting therapeutic relationships with patients and families, provide education, and support treatment engagement.
• Monitor progress toward care goals and adjust treatment approaches to support positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families on coordinated, whole-child treatment plans.
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation and participate in weekly paid clinical consultations.

Requirements

• Independent Pennsylvania licensure as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD, or PhD
• At least one year of experience working with children and adolescents.
• At least one year of experience providing telehealth or virtual care.
• Experience delivering psychotherapy across developmental stages and neurodiverse populations.
• Own a phone, computer, and high-speed internet connection.
• Availability for at least 8 hours per week after 4 p.m. Monday–Friday and between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. on weekends
