Supervisor, Production Operations Weekend Days

Location: Devens, Massachusetts, United States. Onsite weekend day shift, 6 AM–6 PM, Friday–Sunday, with alternating Thursdays.

Annual base salary: $78,500–$101,000, plus a 10% differential for applicable shifts outside standard base-pay shifts.

What you will do

• Supervise, train, coach, and support manufacturing staff in the assigned production area.
• Lead daily operations and improve team throughput, productivity, and performance.
• Run daily standup meetings covering goals, needs, and solutions.
• Prepare daily reports against planned manufacturing targets.
• Ensure materials, tools, and documentation are ready for upcoming shifts.
• Identify production improvements, plan for future needs, collaborate cross-functionally, enforce OSHA standards, and execute 7S and Lean projects.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 years of experience managing manufacturing professionals.
• Experience leading teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience working across multiple product industries with rigorous quality standards.
• Self-motivated, hands-on, practical approach with the ability to set and achieve ambitious goals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems including EPICOR, Outlook, and related tools.
