Senior Epidemiologist (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the design and execution of real-world evidence studies including natural history, comparative effectiveness, and HEOR.
• Partner with the commercial team to provide scientific depth during client and business development conversations.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize research workflows, from protocol structuring to output generation.
• Design and operationalize the plan to scale the research team, including headcount growth and SOP development.
• Collaborate with the data team on end-to-end delivery and mentor future scientific hires.
• Contribute to publications and scientific communications to build external credibility.

Requirements

• Master or PhD in epidemiology, pharmacoepidemiology, or a closely related field.
• 7+ years of RWE research experience in a pharma services, CRO, or health tech setting.
• Deep familiarity with real-world data sources (EHR, claims, registries) and core study designs.
• Strong command of causal inference methods including propensity score methods, IPTW, and G-computation.
• Must have US work authorization.
• Published track record at conferences and in peer-reviewed journals.

Nice to have

• Experience in oncology, CVRM, or rare disease RWE.
• Exposure to regulatory-grade RWE for FDA or HTA submissions.
• Prior experience in an early-stage or startup environment.
