Director, HTA, Value & Evidence (HV&E), Obesity Early Pipeline

Location: Hybrid, onsite 2–3 days per week at any hirify.global site in the United States or Europe. Ability to work in all US time zones required. Candidates must have permanent US work authorization; US visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $176,600–$294,300 annual base salary, plus a 20% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Develop and execute global HTA, value, and evidence-generation strategies for obesity and non-obesity products in the early pipeline.
• Lead global HEOR studies, including real-world evidence studies, network meta-analyses, non-interventional studies, and economic models.
• Provide strategic input into clinical trial populations, comparators, endpoints, patient-reported outcomes, and health-economic evidence.
• Coordinate evidence needs across country, regional, clinical, medical, commercial, statistics, access strategy, and pricing teams.
• Oversee technical deliverables, publications, and customer-facing dissemination of HEOR materials in line with regulatory guidance and internal procedures.
• Build research collaborations with external experts, policymakers, payers, academic institutions, and community settings.

Requirements

• Graduate degree required, such as MSc, MPH, PhD, PharmD, DrPH, or MBA.
• At least 7 years of relevant HEOR or related experience with an MSc/MPH/MBA, or at least 5 years with a PharmD/PhD/DrPH.
• Expertise in health-economic modeling, patient-reported outcomes, statistics, real-world evidence, registries, and observational study design and analysis.
• Experience independently managing complex non-interventional studies and multiple projects involving budgets, vendors, contracts, deadlines, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, collaboration, and matrix-organization skills.
• Excellent English communication skills and permanent authorization to work in the United States are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in obesity, internal medicine, early-stage development, clinical trials, or global launches.
• Experience with HTA organizations such as NICE, CADTH, PBAC, or ICER.
• Experience developing early economic models for clinical development and pricing.
• Experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot responsibly.
