Associate Research Scientist (Real World Evidence)

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $66,000–$94,000 USD per year, plus a discretionary annual bonus

What you will do

• Conduct real-world evidence studies, including feasibility assessments, study design, and protocol development.
• Prepare and analyze primary and secondary data.
• Create analytic datasets and develop analysis plans.
• Serve as the analytics expert across cross-functional project teams.
• Communicate study results and provide recommendations on study direction to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in health economics, public policy, health policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, or a related field.
• Proficiency in at least one of R, Python, SQL, or SAS.
• 0–2 years of relevant research experience, including undergraduate or graduate research.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
