Senior Project Manager (Intralogistics and Robotics)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; remote position or office-based in Warsaw, with travel to customers’ warehouses in Europe up to 50% of the time.

Salary: 25,000–35,000 PLN per month on a contract of employment (UoP), plus significant equity.

What you will do

• Manage robot deployment projects from specification through operations handover.
• Coordinate internal resources and multidisciplinary project teams across multiple projects.
• Track project performance, control budgets, and report to stakeholders.
• Meet clients regularly to report progress and discuss open items.
• Manage risks, resolve blockers, and support on-time-in-full delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• 5+ years of experience in the intralogistics and/or robotics industry.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and ensure on-time-in-full delivery.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
• Strong organizational, coordination, customer satisfaction, and risk-resolution skills.
• Technical background and a Master’s degree or equivalent; willingness to learn about robots and machine learning.
