Senior Product Manager, Enterprise (AI)

Location: Emeryville, California, United States. Hybrid schedule with in-office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; travel up to 30% to clinician and customer sites, conferences, and company meetings.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, multi-year roadmap, and outcomes for the SENSORA platform, telehealth, and enterprise integrations.
• Work with clinicians and health-system customers to identify real workflow needs and convert them into product priorities.
• Translate strategy into a prioritized backlog and collaborate closely with Web and Platform Engineering and Design.
• Lead the product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration in an FDA-regulated environment.
• Own EHR interoperability using HL7 v2, FHIR, and SMART on FHIR.
• Develop enterprise security, data governance, compliance, dashboards, and analytics that demonstrate value and ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of product management experience, including B2B or enterprise healthcare software.
• Hands-on experience with EHR/EMR integrations and HL7 v2, FHIR, and SMART on FHIR.
• Experience with enterprise security, identity and access management, data governance, and HIPAA compliance.
• Experience with dashboards, reporting, or analytics products and a track record of delivering B2B healthcare products at health-system scale.
• Strong communication, cross-functional leadership, and backlog prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with telehealth, remote patient monitoring, integration platforms, or interface engines such as Redox or Rhapsody.
• Experience deploying products into IDNs and large health systems.
• Background in a high-growth, venture-backed digital health or medical-device company.
• Experience with SaaS or subscription business models and familiarity with healthcare reimbursement and the provider, payer, and health-system ecosystem.
