Sr. Mechanical Engineer (HV Battery)

What you will do

• Design mechanical systems for high-voltage battery modules, packs, mounting structures, and cooling systems.
• Define and design mechanical interfaces inside and outside the high-voltage battery.
• Develop mechanical and thermal interfaces between cells, modules, and packs.
• Synchronize and support mechanical vehicle integration.
• Coordinate engineering service suppliers and report to the Senior Manager of HV Battery.
• Support homologation, production licensing, and the battery team in Nanjing.

Requirements

• Experience in automotive, OEM, supplier, or battery manufacturing environments.
• Experience with battery system design, electrochemistry, BMS, and homologation.
• Self-organized, solution-oriented, and communicative working style.
• Master's degree or PhD.
