Supervisor, Production Operations - Weekend Night Shift

Location: Devens, MA, United States; on-site weekend night shift from 6 PM to 6 AM, Friday through Sunday, with alternating Thursdays

Annual base salary: $78,500–$101,000, plus a 10% shift differential on applicable shifts

Develops and operates industrially scalable laser metal additive manufacturing, precision machining, and digital production infrastructure for aerospace, defense, medical, and other essential industries.

What you will do

• Directly supervise, train, coach, and support manufacturing staff in the assigned production area.
• Lead daily operations and improve team performance to achieve maximum throughput.
• Run daily standup meetings covering goals, needs, and solutions.
• Prepare daily reports comparing manufacturing performance with planned targets.
• Ensure personnel have the required materials, tools, and documentation for each shift.
• Identify operational improvements, develop future production plans, collaborate cross-functionally, enforce OSHA standards, and lead 7S and Lean projects.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 years of experience managing manufacturing professionals.
• Experience leading teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience across multiple product industries with rigorous quality standards.
• Self-motivated, hands-on, practical approach with the ability to set and achieve ambitious goals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems including EPICOR, Outlook, and related tools.
