GTM Enablement Specialist (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote, US, with an option to work hybrid from the Chicago, IL metro area.

What you will do

• Support onboarding programs for Sales and Customer Success employees by coordinating logistics, tracking completion, and maintaining training content.
• Organize playbooks, messaging decks, onboarding guides, certification tracks, and other enablement materials.
• Assist with product training, methodology sessions, and sales skills workshops.
• Manage scheduling, communications, and follow-up for internal training programs.
• Maintain Showpad and LMS platforms, keeping content current, accessible, and organized.
• Track participation, adoption, completion, and other enablement impact metrics while gathering feedback from field teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States; the role is remote, with a hybrid option in the Chicago metro area.
• At least 1 year of experience in enablement, sales operations, or a related support function within B2B SaaS.
• Familiarity with go-to-market motions across Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Strong organizational, verbal, written, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Experience with enablement tools, LMS platforms, Salesforce, or content management platforms is preferred.
• Working knowledge of IAM and PAM concepts is preferred; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is also preferred.
