Senior Manager, Success & Onboarding (Fintech)

Location: Austin, TX or Palo Alto, CA; hybrid work with in-office collaboration and remote work

Salary: $146,000–$162,000 per year plus bonus and equity

What you will do

• Own and optimize the customer journey from application through activation and early retention.
• Improve funnel conversion, onboarding performance, and time to value.
• Identify customer friction points and implement scalable, customer-centric solutions.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to improve growth and onboarding experiences.
• Build onboarding systems using AI, automation, and human engagement, supported by measurable performance data.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of nine focused on operational excellence and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in growth, onboarding, operations, or customer lifecycle leadership.
• Proven success improving conversion, activation, retention, and customer engagement metrics.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data, dashboards, and cohort analysis for decision-making.
• Strategic and hands-on operating experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Experience building high-performing teams and scalable processes.
• Passion for using AI and automation to improve operations and customer experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in PLG, fintech, logistics, marketplaces, or mobility.
