Sr Manager Contracts - East Coast (SaaS)

Location: USA - South Carolina - any city; hiring at the Charleston, SC office or on the Eastern Coast. Employees living within 25 miles of a DXC office are expected to work onsite at least two days per week.

Salary: $119,900–$222,700 per year

What you will do

• Lead and manage contract managers for the Americas region of the Insurance Software Business.
• Lead contract initiation, drafting, negotiation, execution, and maintenance.
• Support contract templates, standard agreements, and contract-related records.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Develop contract and negotiation strategies and assist team members with negotiations.
• Participate in contract process improvement initiatives and handle assigned contract matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Typically 8+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 4+ years in a similar role.
• Experience with SaaS contracts; insurance industry experience is preferred.
• Proven experience managing a team of contract managers.
• Experience in contract drafting, negotiation, contract management, contract law, risk assessment, and CLM systems.

Nice to have

• Juris Doctor degree from a US law school.
• Admission to the bar in any US state.
