Contract Manager (AI)

Location: On-site in Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $80,000–$130,000 base salary per year, plus bonus and equity

What you will do

• Triage incoming contracts, assign enterprise or commercial deal tracks, and route work.
• Process NDAs, security questionnaires, business requirements documents, and Order Forms with Sales and Finance.
• Draft, redline, negotiate, and execute SaaS subscription agreements for commercial deals.
• Manage enterprise counterparty paper through the contract review vendor and determine what to redline, hold, or escalate.
• Maintain continuity across redline rounds and escalate matters to Commercial or Enterprise Counsel as needed.
• Administer Ironclad workflows, access, templates, and HubSpot integration while optimizing the CLM process.

Requirements

• 4+ years of contract and deal experience, preferably in-house at a technology company.
• Experience with SaaS and subscription agreements.
• Familiarity with US and EU privacy law, including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, BAAs, DPAs, and SCCs.
• Working knowledge of the Ironclad CLM platform.
• Ability to negotiate with counterparties, manage multiple matters, exercise risk judgment, and escalate when appropriate.
• Familiarity with AI-specific contract issues, including ownership of generated output, model usage rights, and multi-vendor liability. A J.D. is considered but not required.
