Lead Product Manager, Clinical AI

Location: Remote, US; expected travel of up to 30% to clinician and customer sites, conferences, and company meetings.

Salary: $190,485–$212,895 annually for Tier 2; $169,320–$189,240 annually for Tier 3.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, multi-year roadmap, outcomes, and prioritized backlog for clinical AI products.
• Use clinician and customer workflows to guide discovery, product development, launch, and iteration.
• Set detection strategy across structural heart disease, heart failure, AFib, pulmonary disease, and related clinical workflows.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Clinical Affairs, and Regulatory to develop, validate, and govern clinical-grade AI algorithms.
• Lead FDA-regulated product development from research through point-of-care launch.
• Build relationships with physicians and key opinion leaders to establish clinical evidence, trust, and adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of product management experience or demonstrated Staff-level clinical product impact.
• Deep clinical-domain experience, with cardiology and/or pulmonary expertise strongly preferred.
• Experience bringing FDA-regulated or Software as a Medical Device products from concept to launch.
• Experience partnering with Data Science teams on AI/ML products and understanding clinical workflows at the point of care.
• Executive-level communication skills and the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives with minimal direction.

Nice to have

• Clinical or advanced scientific degree, such as RN/NP, MD, PhD, MBA, or MS.
• KOL network or publication history in cardiology or pulmonology.
• Experience with clinical decision support, diagnostic AI, SaaS business models, healthcare reimbursement, or the provider, payer, and health-system ecosystem.
• Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed digital health or medical-device company.
