What you will do
- Manage short- and medium-term liquidity planning and control.
- Optimize cash and liquidity management across the company.
- Select, negotiate, and implement financing solutions such as factoring, credit lines, and supply chain financing.
- Collaborate with banks, financial service providers, and internal departments.
- Monitor and improve treasury processes, payment systems, and internal policies.
- Support financial reporting, forecasts, management analyses, M&A projects, and structured financing initiatives.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Cash Management.
- Experience with factoring, leasing, and working capital financing.
- Strong analytical mindset, hands-on approach, and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems.
- Fluent German and English, written and spoken.
