What you will do

• Manage bookkeeping for Hawk GmbH and its subsidiaries.
• Process accounts receivable and payable, including invoice posting, reconciliations, approvals, and cash allocation.
• Post and reconcile bank transactions, execute payments, and process employee expense reimbursements.
• Maintain general ledger reconciliations for balance sheet items such as fixed assets, accruals, prepayments, and deferred or accrued revenue.
• Support budgets, forecasts, monthly management reports, ad-hoc reporting, and finance projects.
• Assist with corporate tax, VAT, and local statutory filings alongside specialist tax advisors.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, ideally in a fast-paced company.
• Detailed knowledge of financial accounting systems and ERPs.
• Very good MS Excel skills.
• Experience with process automation.
• Excellent English skills required; German is not required.
• Organised, structured, reliable, flexible, responsible, and goal-oriented.
