What you will do
- Own and optimize the end-to-end revenue operations stack, including CRM, forecasting, pipeline management, and related tooling.
- Administer and continuously improve Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Identify GTM funnel gaps and inefficiencies, then collaborate with sales, growth, and GTM Engineering to resolve them.
- Lead revenue forecasting, pipeline health tracking, and performance reporting.
- Support territory design, capacity planning, quota setting, and incentive structures.
- Establish operating cadences, documentation, performance reviews, and MBRs for business and sales leadership.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations.
- Experience scaling revenue operations in a growth-stage company and supporting the growth of sales organizations.
- Strong analytical skills with comfort working with data, models, and metrics.
- Experience setting and managing SDR quotas.
- Meaningful experience with Salesforce and understanding of how to deliver work within the platform.
- Experience using AI to accelerate work and improve project quality, with strong ownership, operational discipline, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
