What you will do
- Lead the development, maintenance, and implementation of Performance Improvement standard operating documents across multiple departments.
- Analyze corrective action data, performance metrics, trends, operating experience, benchmarking, and self-assessment results.
- Lead CAP investigations, condition screenings, cause analyses, and the implementation of long-term corrective actions.
- Develop and refine actionable performance indicators aligned with organizational objectives.
- Prepare materials for Performance Improvement and CAP review board meetings, including executive-level status reports.
- Improve Performance Improvement software and related tools in collaboration with stakeholders.
Requirements
- BS or BA in mathematics, science, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in a nuclear performance improvement or corrective action program environment preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of ASME NQA-1 corrective action program requirements.
- Experience with root cause or cause analysis, technical communication, training, and cross-functional leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerBI.
- Experience with Confluence, JIRA, INPO IRIS, and Devonway; experience with DOE, NRC, or INPO is preferred.
