What you will do

• Lead complex enterprise deployments from scoping through production.
• Build and ship production-grade AI and data systems using Java, Python, SQL, and cloud technologies.
• Design modern data stacks and production-grade ingestion and processing pipelines.
• Integrate with ERP, MES, PLM, and broader industrial ecosystems.
• Deploy AI-powered agents and translate customer operational needs into structured execution.
• Standardize monitoring, testing, documentation, runbooks, dashboards, ownership, and SLOs to scale successful deployments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data, software, ML, or forward deployed engineering roles, ideally in customer-facing work.
• End-to-end data engineering skills from ingestion to production, including Python, SQL, Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, and AWS.
• Experience with complex enterprise data, ERP systems, supply chains, or manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with AI, LLMs, and automation.
• Strong solution-framing, communication, business acumen, systems thinking, and ownership.
• Experience scaling initiatives and leading high-performing teams.
