Lead AI/ML Architect (Snowflake)

Location: Must be based in the United States (New York, NY)

Salary: $160,000 – $210,000 per year

What you will do

• Design robust, scalable AI/ML solutions using the Snowflake native stack and partner ecosystem.
• Perform deep-dive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex system dependencies in AI/ML deployments.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align technical roadmaps with customer ROI.
• Mentor Level 3 architects on MLOps best practices and architectural design.
• Architect data security and access controls for sensitive AI/ML training data.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Expertise in resolving complex enterprise AI/ML deployment issues.
• Strong executive communication skills for presenting technical concepts to business audiences.
• Deep understanding of the complete Data Science lifecycle including feature engineering, model development, and deployment.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Vector Databases.
• Experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, or ETL tools.
• Vertical expertise in FSI, Retail, or Manufacturing.
