Operational Supplier Coordination Specialist (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for inbound supply chain management between suppliers and internal customers.
• Monitor and follow up on agreements and performance indicators to ensure constant material availability.
• Manage a portfolio of parts by analyzing demand changes and optimizing replenishment strategies.
• Collaborate on supplier improvement projects and drive operational enhancement plans.
• Coach and train suppliers on the use of hirify.global systems, portals, and procedures.
• Perform analysis and reporting on material availability using MRP logic and dependencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• 5-10 years of proven experience in logistics and supply chain management.
• Proficiency with planning (ERP) systems, with a strong preference for SAP.
• Experience with inbound supply chain processes in high-tech, low-volume production environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and priority management skills.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Linkou, Taiwan
