Digital Product Manager (Retail)

Location: Columbus, Ohio; remote work is permitted across the U.S., with Mondays and Fridays designated as work-from-anywhere days for most roles.

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 annually.

What you will do

• Define product vision, strategic direction, roadmaps, and sprint plans for digital customer experiences.
• Identify customer problems through user research, customer feedback, data analysis, and market insights.
• Validate hypotheses and solutions through experiments, usability testing, and data-driven analysis.
• Coordinate UX, IT, Store Operations, Data Science, Analytics, Merchandising, Finance, and Marketing partners to deliver launches.
• Own product operations, backlog health, production experience quality, deployment planning, and post-launch monitoring.
• Manage product risks, dependencies, prioritization trade-offs, requirements, acceptance criteria, workshops, and team alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of digital product management experience with consumer-facing mobile and web products.
• At least 3 years of retail industry or equivalent domain experience.
• Experience applying Design Thinking, Agile, and Lean methods to digital products.
• Experience managing product operations, backlogs, delivery cadence, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
• Strong communication, strategic planning, OKR, leadership, coaching, and cross-functional influencing skills.
