Working Student Outsourcing (m/f/x) (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support compliance with regulations and internal policies covering regulatory outsourcing and third-party risk management.
• Assist internal departments and control functions throughout third-party risk management, including onboarding, monitoring, and offboarding.
• Coordinate central monitoring and reporting for regulatory outsourcing and external service providers.
• Maintain high-quality monitoring, reporting, and documentation of outsourcing activities.
• Support the Outsourcing Team with risk analyses and reports for the Executive Board.
• Help implement, maintain, and develop outsourcing and third-party risk management frameworks.

Requirements

• Passion for third-party processes and regulations.
• Basic understanding of information security regulations, requirements, and controls.
• Reliable, discreet, motivated, adaptable, and self-driven approach.
• Very good written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English and German.
• Part-time working student availability.

• Studies in law, business law, business administration, or a similar field.
