Working Student Finance (Accounting)

Location: Must be based in Munich, Germany (Hybrid model).

What you will do

• Electronically process and file client and project contracts.
• Create and maintain digital invoicing plans and system reports.
• Manage correction requests in the electronic timekeeping system.
• Enter and maintain employee data in the internal database.
• Handle ad hoc financial inquiries and prepare Excel analyses.
• Assist with general administrative tasks within the Finance department.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an economics, social sciences, or humanities program.
• Excellent German and good written/spoken English skills.
• Strong affinity for numbers, data, and financial topics.
• Independent, structured, and service-oriented working style.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Windows 10.
• Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion.

• Initial experience in the area of finance.
