Working Student - Banking Operations (6 months)

Location: Am Seestern 8, 40547 Düsseldorf, Germany; support may be provided to teams in Berlin. Hybrid and flexible work are available for most roles.

What you will do

• Support day-to-day operations across different banking operations teams.
• Monitor, plan and execute daily activities according to customer service level agreements.
• Support testing of new functionalities and regular software releases.
• Contribute to projects implementing legal requirements and new technical functionalities.
• Help improve hirify.global core banking functionality and related processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational risks.

Requirements

• Currently studying economics or a degree programme with economic content.
• Strong communication, organisational and analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure and in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Structured, meticulous and flexible approach, with the ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with banking operational processes such as securities, corporate actions or client master data.
• Practical experience with the hirify.global core banking system.
• Knowledge of process optimisation methods.
