Working Student - Banking Operations (Fintech)

Location: Kurfürstendamm 21, 10719 Berlin, Germany; hybrid and flexible work arrangement.

What you will do

• Support day-to-day banking operations across various teams.
• Monitor, plan, and execute daily activities in line with customer service-level agreements.
• Support testing of new functionalities and regular software releases.
• Contribute to projects implementing legal requirements and new technical functionalities.
• Help improve the hirify.global core banking system and related processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational risks.

Requirements

• Currently studying economics or a degree programme with economic content.
• Good communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently under pressure.
• Analytical mindset, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a structured, meticulous working style.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
• Ability to work flexibly in a demanding, fast-paced, and complex environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with banking operational processes such as securities, corporate actions, or client master data.
• Practical experience with the hirify.global core banking system.
• Knowledge of process optimisation methods.
