What you will do

• Support daily risk management tasks and projects across credit, market, liquidity, operational, IT, and third-party risks.
• Identify, assess, and document risk-related matters and maintain risk registers, controls, and process documentation.
• Support internal audits, follow-up activities, incident reviews, root-cause analysis, and remediation tracking.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis and transform risk data into structured insights.
• Improve back-office processes by advocating digitalisation, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Risk, Engineering, Product, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and other control functions.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in economics, business administration, or a quantitative or technology-related field.
• Interest in data, numbers, structured analysis, and risk management across multiple domains.
• Clear communication, precise documentation, proactivity, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Based in Berlin and able to work in a hybrid setup.
• Interest in or familiarity with Atlassian, Google Suite, SQL, Python, and AI LLM tools.
