Product Engineering Lead (Health Tech)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical products and features across multiple parallel projects.
• Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical specifications and Jira tickets.
• Own product vision and roadmaps while partnering with engineering leadership to drive delivery.
• Prototype features and solutions to validate feasibility and support rapid experimentation.
• Facilitate agile processes, project tracking, collaboration, and delivery timelines.
• Oversee product QA, release processes, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Strong technical background with experience prototyping, reviewing code, and understanding APIs or system architecture.
• Experience as a Product Manager, Tech Lead, or Technical Program Manager in a fast-paced engineering environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to manage large projects and multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a similar field.
• 3+ years of technical product management or tech lead experience, with proficiency in at least one server-side language such as Ruby on Rails, Go, PHP, or JavaScript.

Nice to have

• Hands-on software engineering experience.
• Experience in health tech or at an early-stage startup.
• Familiarity with parts of the technology stack, including TypeScript, React, Flutter, GraphQL, AWS, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, or Apache Kafka.
