Product Engineer (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco or Singapore, with remote options in Asia or North America. Remote candidates must have 70–80% working-hours overlap with either San Francisco or Singapore time zones. Relocation and visa support are available for strong full-time candidates moving to the US or Singapore.

hirify.global builds infrastructure for reinforcement-learning training data and evaluations for frontier AI agents, along with a marketplace for selling these resources to frontier labs.

What you will do

• Identify friction in creating, testing, evaluating, and discovering reinforcement-learning environments through conversations with users and internal teams.
• Define product priorities and own improvements from problem definition and prototyping through launch and iteration.
• Design interfaces and workflows that make agent runs, evaluation results, reward signals, and quality feedback easier to understand and use.
• Build frontend and backend functionality for vendor onboarding, environment submission, review, and discovery.
• Use user feedback and product signals to evaluate outcomes and support product, design, and engineering tradeoffs.

Requirements

• Experience shipping software products end-to-end, from understanding user problems through implementation and iteration.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to scope problems and make tradeoffs with incomplete information.
• Interaction design skills and a high standard for clarity and usability in complex technical workflows.
• Full-stack engineering ability, including polished web interfaces and supporting backend services or APIs.
• Comfort speaking directly with users and working with product managers, designers, engineers, researchers, and other partners.
• Remote candidates must maintain 70–80% overlap with San Francisco or Singapore working hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with developer tools, data-rich products, marketplaces, or products serving distinct user groups.
• Familiarity with AI agents, evaluations, reinforcement learning, or training data.
• Experience designing review, debugging, quality-feedback, or other complex operational workflows.
• Experience identifying and owning product gaps in a growing cross-functional team.
