Senior Software Engineer - GTM (AI)

Location: Must be local to Lehi, Utah and available to work onsite five days per week at the Lehi headquarters.

What you will do

• Own full-stack features end-to-end, from initial design discussions through production release.
• Define and deliver product solutions while influencing technical architecture.
• Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders.
• Improve system reliability and scalability as the platform grows.
• Share knowledge, review code, and help raise the engineering team's capabilities.
• Use AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot to accelerate development.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and shipping production systems across the full stack.
• Experience owning problems end-to-end, including defining solutions and delivering them.
• Strong skills in backend logic, relational database design, frontend UX, and search fundamentals.
• Hands-on daily experience with AI coding tools.
• Must be local and available to work onsite five days per week at the Lehi, Utah HQ.

Nice to have

• Experience in a fast-moving startup or SaaS company.
• Familiarity with queues, event-driven architecture, and horizontal scaling.
• Exposure to Elixir, Phoenix, React, and PostgreSQL, or the ability to learn the stack quickly.
