Hardware Engineer (POS Terminals)

What you will do

• Design electronic hardware circuits and PCB layouts according to specifications.
• Maintain engineering documentation, including parts information and bills of materials.
• Develop and update repair procedures and technician training processes.
• Test products and tools, evaluate operational capability, and recommend design corrections.
• Document repair processes, results, and identified issues while collaborating with technicians and engineering teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve repair quality, efficiency, and process performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in terminal repair is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and accurate technical record-keeping.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a proactive, solution-oriented team.
