iOS Engineer II

Location: Hybrid in Redwood City, California, USA

Base salary: $108K–$180.9K per year, excluding equity, performance incentives, and benefits.

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and iterate on the iOS application with emphasis on usability and performance.
• Implement medium-complexity features in collaboration with senior engineers, product managers, and designers.
• Write maintainable, testable code and improve reliability through unit tests and quality checks.
• Participate in code reviews, product specification discussions, and cross-functional delivery.
• Improve codebase areas, style guides, and development processes with guidance from senior peers.
• Share knowledge, support onboarding, and participate in technical interviews as experience grows.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience developing iOS applications.
• Strong Swift skills; Objective-C exposure is a plus.
• Knowledge of RESTful web services, connected application design, data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Experience with Git or other version control tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deliver within estimates, and adapt to changing requirements.
• BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MVVM, Swift Concurrency, and SwiftUI.
